PLT® Solas Launching Unit
The PLT® Solas Launching Unit has an air cylinder that charges the pressure chamber of compressed air up to 300 bars (4350psi). If the air cylinder is filled up to 300 bars (4350 psi), it will supply the base unit with enough air to perform 6 max pressure launches.
For refilling to 300 bars (4350 psi), connect the PLT® Air Cylinder to a standard 300 bar scuba diving (breathing air) compressor with standard 5/8†threads according to DIN 477.
For filling from a 200-bar compressor, Art. No. 1308 Yoke (DIN477) and claw adapter Art.no 1315 is needed to connect the Air cylinder and compressor.

To comply with IMO SOLAS 74/96 regulation by having the following items and a minimum of 207 bars (3000 psi) on the Air Cylinder at all times.

Need Equipment for 200 bar Compressors
For filling from a 200-bar compressor, Art. No. 1308 Yoke (DIN477) and claw adapter Art.no 1315 is needed to connect the Air cylinder and compressor.
